Artyom Kozek

Siberian Woodsman

Badass Old Man: Artyom has been alone in the Russian wilderness for decades. His knowledge of the land and practiced focus with a rifle are nigh legendary. For an AP, Artyom may receive a +3 to either Wilderness Survival or Ranged Weapons. By expending all AP, he may add a +4.

Siberian Hermit: Artyom has little experience with the outside world or its people, but is perfectly at home in the wilderness.
Aged: Artyom is old and a bit feeble. While his body is slowing down however, his mind is sharp and focused with the wisdom of age.
Self-Taught: Artyom is completely self taught in all aspects of his life and, while he is intelligent, some of the things he's learned may not be correct.

Personal History

Artyom Kozek is old. Quite old. The man is 67 years of age, and has seen so much. Plenty of people who have heard of him, The Hermit of the Tundra, talk in hushed whispers. Some say that he was a gulag escapee, an old political prisoner that sought refuge in the snowy wasteland of Siberia. Others say that he is an old war hero, who seeks to live his days in privacy and solitude. Still more have said that he is an old snow wizard, intent on spreading winter throughout Russia.
The truth is less exciting. Artyom is simply an old man, who grew up a normal child, and decided that the civilized world held no interest to him. He moved to the snowy tundra at the age of 16, built his cottage, and started his life as a woodsman, a tracker, and a hunter. He taught himself, however, whenever he would travel to the nearest town for hunting supplies; bullets, rope, what have you. He would buy books upon books, learning very light German, French, and more recently English in the past few years. Due to his age, he's bought a few Siberian sled dogs to help him carry his kills back home. The last time he had seen a human being was at least three years ago, so he certainly does not know the fate of the world as it stands…
