Corrupted Sprite

Corrupted Tree Sprite

Tricky Triplets: Even though severe corruption has almost sapped the Sprites of their power, they still have one trick up their sleeve. For an Action Point, a sprite may copy itself twice for a turn. These copies attack in unison with the original, causing three damage per successful attack.

Living Wood: Even with their corruption, the Sprites are made of living wood, and don't catch fire and burn easily. However, edged weapons can make quick work of hacking off limbs.
Now You See Me…: Sprites, like most Fae, are usually uninterested in being seen by mortals, and are very good at getting lost if they need to. Unfortunately, sometimes they get too lost.
Renewable: Tree Sprites are eternal, and while you can kill their body they will sprout up again near their heartwood. If their source of heartwood is destroyed, they cannot regrow. Conversely, if their heartwood is purified, and the source of corruption destroyed, every regrown Sprite will no longer be corrupted.

Tree Sprites are about 4' tall, almost wholly arms and legs, with little in the ways of a torso. Their heads and faces resemble that of a monkey's as if carved from living wood. The eyes of these corrupted Sprites are hollow, empty sockets in their faces, with dry rot working its way into the cracks in their wooden flesh.

These Sprites seem to fight amongst each other over the fruit that's fallen from the trees and rots on the ground, apparently ignorant of the fresh fruit still awaiting harvest.
