Living power armor

More than Human: Dibs is a suit made to enhance a human's natural physical abilities, as such he can focus on boosting himself better. For 1 AP he can add +3 to a roll of Athletics or Physical Defense.

Man no more: Dibs is not a living organic being, as such he can survive a lot of punishment, and has no requirement for things like air, water, or food. However, he cannot be healed by a Medical roll, instead he must be healed by an engineering roll. He is also slightly heavier than an average fully grown man.
Handle with care: Dibs has very little knowledge of a lot of things, and his curiosity may get the better of him, and he often forgets his own strength dealing with other things.
Combatant: Being made to amplify human capabilities in battle, or outright replace them, Dibs is able to stay focused in hectic situations and his combat and perceptual abilities are generally superior.

Personal History

Dibs was a suit of armor being developed by a private contractor based on a project started and canceled by the US Army. After the Event he was moved to a bunker where engineers continued to work on him and his 'brothers'. When the bunker was inevitably raided he gained consciousness, his first memory being someone calling "Dibs" on the armor. His second memory was being shot at a lot after he started moving, and retaliating.

After taking some weapons from what was left of the armory, Dibs left to explore what was left of the world.
