Run And Gun: Mitchell's training and occupation emphasized three things: speed, surprise, and violence of action. Delivering these and executing them cleanly, efficiently, and in volume keeps him alive to keep others alive.

  • Aggression - At the cost of 1 AP, Mitchell can take two actions in a single combat/time-sensitive round. These actions are limited to offensive or physical efforts, and must both be performed on Mitchell's turn. If the first attack kills or destroys the target, the second action is made at a +2 bonus.
  • Tactical Sense - At the cost of 1 AP, Mitchell can interrupt an attack directed against him by initiating an attack of his own. This is accomplished by an attack roll against the enemy's defense; if Mitchell's attack succeeds, the enemy's attack is interrupted and it takes any effect Mitchell's attack would normally have. If Mitchell's attack is unsuccessful, the enemy's attack continues as normal, and Mitchell must attempt an appropriate defense.


Killer Instinct: Mitchell is and always has been focused on the more offensive nature of his work. Through training, and experience, he's had nothing but years to focus on what he does. And he's very good at what he does. Once things get really hot though, it can be hard to shut it off.
Hearts And Minds: Throughout the course of his occupation, Mitchell's worked closely with civilians in various capacities: evacuating them, negotiating with them, saving them, and even being saved by them in some particularly rough times. He's developed quite the penchant to go out of his way to protect the good ones.
Basically Trained: Serving as a grunt puts one through their paces in a variety of tasks, and Mitchell's experience was no different. He picked up a lot here and there, but highly complex technical work in many subjects can be a little over his head.
