Opportunistic Ace Pilot

To The Skies: By expending all fates points, and passing an initial engineering check of 3, Hallahan can take his old WW II Era bi-plane to the skies. At any point a GM wants, Hallahan must pass a piloting check of 2 to not have to bring his plane in for a landing. While in the air, Hallahan receives +3 to athletics, and physical defense, but receives -2 to ranged attacks, as the old plane, while maneuverable, and swift, is lacking in firepower. Can carry up to TWO passengers.

The bonuses given by Hallahan's power are also conferred to his passengers. For each passenger though, the engineering check to stat, and stay aloft raise in difficulty by one. Carrying one passenger requires an initial engineering check of five, and then afterwards, piloting checks of 4, as called for by a GM.

Up In The Air: Loves nothing more then flying, and is a seasoned pilot. Very passionate about keeping any bird that becomes his in working shape.
Live To Flee Another Day: Expert at avoiding injury, whether in the sky, or on the ground. Suggest it's time to stand and fight? Hallahan will pass…right over your head.
Aspect 3:

Personal History

Tentatively 'Ex' Air Force. Completed his initial service, with a few additional enlistments. When the event happened, he was somewhere over the East Indies. Went down. Has spent much of his time trying to find a marginally workable craft, that he could claim. Having found one, he is now struck with a decision. Return to the Air Force, or see what this new world has to offer.
