Aspects

State of matter: When it's cold outside, Irrigo's atoms move less so he must focus less to contain his form. He gets heavier, harder, and slower. The exact opposite happens when he gets hot, because he must focus more to keep together but his form is much lighter.

Non-living, Non-Thinking: Irrigo's consciousness is fully engrossed in maintaining the homeostasis of the water. Keeping it moving, together, etc. Because of this sole focus of his consciousness, Irrigo has a mind score of zero. All mental attacks would disrupt this concentration and cause body damage instead.
Because Irrigo is not a living or concrete being, he cannot heal like one. He cannot get any surgical rolls for himself or anything. He can only heal through time, water (maybe minor healing if its raining or there's a body of water he can successfully defend while absorbing), and his own magical ability.
Irrigo is not invincible however. Any "unusual" attack (IE: Not a generic punch, kick, knife stab.) Will disrupt his ability to focus on his equilibrium by distracting him, he'll be confused and thus hurt. Any mental attacks have the same ability to do this by diverting his concentration significantly.
Also due to this lack of active intelligence, Irrigo cannot roll for knowledges or persuasion. For these penalties Irrigo instead gets bonuses to physical traits involving his body. His medical abilities are more "instinct" than knowledge.

Fluid motion: Irrigo is magically animated water. While he can't make other water sources "live" like he does, he can manipulate them fairly well in other capacities.

Personal History

Irrigo is what resulted after a pipe failure in a homeopathy store during The Event. A giant mass of water that can only be explained as Magic, the same for his healing abilities. He's fairly simple minded, like a dog. He just wanted to help heal people, and a lot of people seem to need healing when they're around the Convoy.
