Power Ring: Sinestro Shank has a Power Ring. Each use of his Power Ring Skill uses a Power Point. Sinestro Shank starts with twice as many Power Points as his Mind. He may regain Power Points by succeeding Intimidation rolls; he gains as many Power Points back as the difference between his and the targets' roll(s).

Power Ring rolls may use the Power Ring skill to create elaborate hardlight constructs by spending PP.


Agriculture Goes Oi!: Chainshank’s professional skill in standing in fields just gives him more time to delve into his subculture. He is extremely fond of sparsely settled, fairly open, rural areas, and is a bit farsighted to aid his watch. Also has an irrational, undying, deeply-rooted, cripplingly extreme loathing of crows and other corvids.

Villainous:Sinestro Shank is an alternate version of the Chainshank; while he carries all the characteristics of slasher-villain Chankshank, he is much more organized and meticulous, taking his time to seek the best moment to strike instead of rushing in with a cleaver. However, this lends him to mild Villain Stupidity; he sometimes lets the hero get the best of him, allowing his arrogance to get in the way of a straight up attack.

Alive!: Sinestro Shank sustains a properly alive, humanoid plant body using his Power Ring. While he can still animate as other versions of himself can - that is, with the demonic Chain around a humanoid body - he has something of a complex regarding his state as a nonliving construct. His body has a similar physiology to a human body, with a beating heart and most sustaining systems formed by vines, roots, and runners. This removes his capability for the standard slasher villain Power of ignoring wounds, but allows him a more athletic build.

Personal History

In a distant world, in a distant universe, there was a demon. This demon lived apart from the Foundation, the Hand, in a world where people with fantastic powers fought openly for good and evil, living as heroes and villains among humanity.

The demon was a recurring villain for the longest time, clashing with gifted humans and other monsters, living on his own and gaining notoriety as a stubborn foe.

Then… one day, a weapon fell from the sky. Placing the strange tool upon his hand granted the Chainshank incredible power, rocketing his threat level to sky-high levels. However, before his plans to destroy his foes came to fruition, he was called upon by another entity, with a weapon identical to his own. Here, he found camaraderie, and a common cause.
