The Player

Takashi Yamamoto

Leader of the Guqin Army

The Guqin: Takashi found a peculiar instrument after finding him self stuck in China, after The Event. Over the months, he learned to play it, and understood it's power fully. While in posesion of this instrument, he can control the Guqin Army as though he were a General.

Fuck China, Seriously: Takashi's more than a little racist, and is really really peeved that he's stuck in China. Rather than try to leave, he's dedicated himself to fucking up as much as he can.
Gettin' Mine: Even before The Event, Mr. Yamamoto was a firm believer in "if you wait your turn, you'll be last in line." and the apocalypse has only served to strengthen this.
Angry Coward, Silver Tongue: If cornered, Takashi is likely to say or do anything to get out of trouble, using his smooth words to get him where he needs to go.

Personal History

Takashi was on a business trip to China when shit hit the fan. Finding himself stranded in the ass-hole of the earth, he did what came natural, looted the fuck out of anything he could find, and kept moving to avoid the PLA. He found a convoy of some sort, seemingly destroyed by the PLA, and dug around in the trucks. Finding nothing but an old guqin, he tromped off to look for a place to shack up for the night.
Playing the instrument just for shits and giggles, he soon found out what it could do, and spent a great deal of time experimenting with it, and collecting as many pieces of the army as he could. Soon he became known to the PLA as "The Player" who would surprise small convoys and steal their supplies before disappearing again. Jiaocheng and the surrounding areas are mostly left alone by the PLA now because of his attacks.

Takashi Yamamoto is an average looking, middle aged Japanese man. He wears ragged clothes that he scrounged up, resembling the old Imperial Japanese Army uniforms. He loves irony and is more than a little power mad since finding the guqin.
