Basic character concept


Call It: For any offensive Action, Two-Face may expend a point, and flip a coin (rolls 1d2, heads is 1, tails is two), calling the result. If called correctly, Two receives +4 to his next roll. If incorrect, he receives -4. By burning a point, an opponent can challenge Two-Face to a flip as well. This is a free action. If they call it correctly, Two-Face loses his next turn. If incorrect, Two-Face gets to make a free attack.
