Old No. 7: Every 7 hours, by expending all fate points, Lazarus can arrive on any scene, riding his Train, old No. 7. The Train will crash every time spectacularly. Everyone on the scene will roll defense versus the Train's melee, 4df+7, excluding Foghorn. The Train will deal 7 damage to it's 'target' if the target loses their defense roll. Any damage sustained to The Train as a result of it's arrival is always superficial.

Aspects

Off The Tracks: Foghorn is accustomed to straying the beaten path. Of course, usually when Lazarus arrives somewhere, he's beating his own path.
Ethereal Infusion: The bond that Foghorn and his Spirit share is slowly melding the two together in mind, and soul. This has left Foghorn with an increased fortitude against magical assault, but a vulnerability to all things that traditionally harm Fae.
Cultured Conductor: Foghorn knows his way around mechanics, and the world having visited many places with The Train, whilst maintaining it's interior. Quite enjoys his gadgeteering this fellow.

A subway train conductor from the Big Apple. The night of The Event he was returning his empty train, and then it happened. At some point, a Spirit found itself shackled, somehow to The Train and it's Conductor. The process also bound the Conductor, Foghorn to the Spirit, and through it, to The Train.
